1、马来西亚
学费3-5万人民币一年，生活费在一众留学国家中更是低廉，几乎等同于我国的一线城市，总体算下来一年7-9万人民币就够了，基本算得上英语教学的国家中更便宜的。
2、德国
德国很多大学只有150欧元左右的注册费，或象征性收取1500欧学费，物价相对英美算很便宜了，每月生活费大概在800-1000欧元之间。
3、法国
法国公立少数大学每年学费2700-3700欧元，大部分学校给予了非欧盟留学生学费减免，只收150欧元左右的注册费，生活费700-100欧元一月。
4、荷兰
荷兰的高等教育有 *** 补贴，在公立大学就读，非欧盟区域学生则大概8000-20000欧元，包括房租和必要保险在内，生活成本预计是900欧元一月。
5、瑞士
瑞士的公立大学学费很便宜，一年学费折合人民币约6000-15000元，不过瑞士消费水平高，生活费一年需要14-18w人民币。
