作为留学期间赚到不少外快的人，给大家介绍一个小众但有刚需的赛道：留学文书写手。
1 如何得到这份工作
留学中介，大家都不陌生，负责提供留学咨询、申请材料撰写、甚至代为申请奖学金、argue offer等。从业者分两类：一类是 *** 咨询顾问，负责直接面对客户；另一类是外包写手。需要注意的是，并非所有中介都有外包，但外包是业内非常普遍的。外包写手通常是计件结算稿酬的，没有保底工资和五险一金。
如何入行？严谨地讲，文书代写有点“灰色地带”，一般不放在明面上 *** ，所以更好认识中介里的人，要内推。认识内部人士并不难，如果你在一二线城市，很容易找到当地的留学展会，参展商是中介机构，他们是来招揽客户的，而你可以大胆上前询问有没有文书写作的需求。只要你满足基本要求，大多数中介很乐意接纳外包写手，毕竟没有任何前期投入。
基本要求有三条：一是英文写作水平佳，通常要有中等偏上留学生英文水平（个人认为托福100+比较合适）。二是熟悉留学申请流程，更好的情况当然是自己留过学，如果没有留学经验，也可以通过研究国外高校招生页面，了解申请流程、申请要求等等。三是有职业操守，留学申请有很强的时效性，写手要配合学生在规定时间内出具材料，并对敏感信息保密，所以be professional很重要。
2 主要工作内容
首先， *** 顾问会和学生访谈，了解学生背景、target school，拟定申请方案和计划。然后， *** 顾问会将学生资料、文书要求传达给外包写手（有时候写手也可参加学生访谈，但不是强制的）
写手的主要工作是帮助学生撰写申请材料。一套常见的材料包括三样：personal statement, essay, resume（有些学校要求多篇essay，可能有更多工作量）。字数方面，每所学校要求各异，常见的ps大约800-1000字，essay在300-500字左右，resume不超过一页。
写手通过学生的中文简历和访谈记录，了解其背景，并结合拟申请学校的要求，进行初稿创作。大部分中介会提供文书样本，以规范写手的行文思路，也可以在网上找到大量文书范例，进行参考。但需要注意的是，好的文书一定是根据个人特点量身打造的，对写手的创作理解力有一定考验。
写手完成初稿后，交给 *** 顾问进行检查、润色及定稿，然后反馈学生。
3 工作时间和工作待遇
各国的留学申请旺季有所不同，以美国为例，每年申请季是10月-次年2月，这段时间任务比较集中， *** 顾问会协调任务，写手根据自己时间安排即可。如果你很忙不要不好意思拒绝，因为你本来就是外包人员，没有保底工资可拿。
写完一套材料所用的时间因人而异，刚开始断断续续需要3-4天，熟练以后1-2天可完成。
稿费是计件发放的，并且与文书质量有关。为了质控，中介通常有一套内部审核标准（可以提前了解），优秀的文书可以拿到3-5k左右的稿费（比中文稿费高很多有木有~）
4 我自己的工作感受
本着边练英语边赚钱的初衷，我偶然进入这个行业，更大的感受是中介真的赚了好多差价啊哈哈！一个学生签约费3-5w，而写手只分到1/10，不过写手毕竟是外包的，而且对申请结果不承担责任，拿得少也可以理解。企业嘛，赚的就是超额收益。
5 给好奇或者想要进入这一职业的人提一些建议
说实话，这几年留学市场走弱，不建议 *** 做这行，有空闲且英语好的朋友可以体验下 *** ，顺便赚点外快。随着有序开放，相信留学市场回暖指日可待，增长性和潜力依然巨大。
